The service was outstanding with parking onsite. The affable staff gave good recommendations. The location was incredible and perfect, very close to many local restaurants, supermarkets & shops, the bigger grocery stores on the main rood, and Khao Lak near restaurants.

The property was good value with professional staff. Fashionable brand-new rooms with super comfortable beds, dressers, as example. Ideal and decent location, on a final stop after 2 weeks travelling around Thailand. Reasonably priced swim-up bar. Enjoyable experience there.

The place was reasonably priced. Everything was very comfortable, so were magnificent views of the beach. The room was a nice size, the pool was clean. A lovely poolside restaurant was open on site.

Everything about this family-friendly hotel was very good. We liked the room, it was beautifully maintained and well-stocked and had Wi-Fi and a TV set. It was decorated in a very pretty style.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, the staff were pleasant. The venue's position was beachfront. You could walk to supermarkets and a convenience shop.

We had a wonderful stay at The Sands Khao Lak. The beach was beautiful and clean, perfect for relaxing. The staff were polite and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfasts were delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. We also loved the pool areas, they were well-maintained and provided a great place to cool off. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very noisy air conditioner! For a hotel of this level, you could change it. Prices at the hotel restaurants are unreasonably high.
